Effective date: September 2026
These Payment Terms explain how FastKesh Technologies Ltd. (“FastKesh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) prices, settles, and adjusts payments processed through our platform. They apply together with the Terms of Service and any pricing schedule, order form, or merchant agreement we issue to you.
If there is a conflict between a signed commercial agreement and this page, the signed agreement controls for that conflict. Processing live volume means you accept these Payment Terms.
Payment Processing
FastKesh enables you to request authorization, capture, refund, and payout of funds through card networks, local payment methods, banks, and other partners. We act as a technology and facilitation layer. Settlement partners, acquirers, and method providers remain responsible for their own rails.
A transaction is not complete until it is authorized (where required) and captured or otherwise confirmed by the relevant network. We may decline, delay, or reverse a payment where risk, scheme rules, or law require it.
Fees and Pricing
Fees are those shown in your dashboard, onboarding offer, or written pricing schedule. They may include interchange or scheme pass-through, acquiring, method premiums, FX, payout, chargeback, and monthly or gateway fees.
- Fees may be quoted in USD or another agreed currency
- We deduct fees from settlement unless we invoice you separately
- We do not add undisclosed markups beyond what is disclosed to you
- Unpaid fees may be recovered from future payouts or invoiced with late charges as allowed by law
Settlement and Payouts
Net proceeds (successful captures minus fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, and other amounts you owe) are paid to the bank account you nominate, on the cycle described in your pricing schedule. Typical cycles depend on method, country, and risk review.
Payouts can be delayed for compliance checks, incorrect account details, network holidays, or insufficient available balance. You must keep payout details accurate. FastKesh is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or a third-party rail.
Currencies and FX
You may accept or settle in currencies we support for your account. Conversion uses the rate applied by FastKesh or our partners at the time of conversion, plus any disclosed FX margin. Rates move; we do not guarantee a particular mid-market rate.
Refunds and Reversals
You may refund a transaction through the dashboard or API where the method allows it. Refunds reduce your available balance. If the balance is insufficient, you must fund the account or we may invoice the shortfall.
Authorizations that are not captured in time may expire under scheme rules. Partial captures and partial refunds follow the rules of the original method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Cardholders and some local methods can dispute a payment. You are responsible for chargebacks, representment fees, and related fines unless a written agreement says otherwise. We will notify you of disputes we receive and share evidence windows set by the network.
Excessive dispute rates may lead to reserves, method restrictions, or termination. You must respond with compelling evidence before the deadline we give you.
Reserves and Set-Off
We may hold a rolling reserve, delayed settlement, or other security where risk, chargeback history, or partner rules justify it. FastKesh may set off any amount you owe — including fees, refunds, chargebacks, and fines — against funds otherwise due to you.
Reserves are released according to the schedule we communicate, subject to remaining exposure.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on your sales and on fees we charge, except for taxes based on FastKesh’s net income. If we are required to collect tax on our fees, we will add it to your invoice or deduct it from settlement. You must provide tax documentation we reasonably request.
Restricted Use
You may only process transactions for the business we approved. Nested processing, factoring, or submitting transactions for unknown third parties is not allowed without our written consent. Activity that violates our AML Policy or a prohibited-business list may be blocked and funds held.
Changes
We may update these Payment Terms or your fee schedule with prior notice, except where a network or law requires a faster change. Continued processing after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop processing and contact us to wind down the account.
